One piece of equipment to check live circuit through blasting cap, charge capacitor to maximum power and detonate.

Instructions to Operate

Use standard safety procedures to set an explosive charge. When ready to check circuit, attach blasting cap wires, one each to contacts on TECH-DET. Any reading on meter will indicate completed circuit.

When ready to detonate, charge capacitor to maximum. to do so, with left thumb, press and hold down red button; with right forefinger, pull back red charging lever. Meter records maximum charge. when needle on meter stops, continue to hold red button down with left thumb and release red lever.

to break circuit and discharge capacitor - release red push button

High impact plastic case; capacitive discharge type blasting machine with safety interlock; built-in, large, easy to read meter; button circuit check; three 9 volt batteries-, one AA 1.5 volt battery (Alkaline type most efficient).
